Maureen Ewing
Executive Director

Maureen Ewing has been honored to work with RSVP since 2003.  Right after college and while working at a local long-term care facility, she learned that the "greatest classroom is at the feet of an elderly person."  This work experience made an indelible mark on her life.  She was immediately attracted to RSVP's mission because of the gift of independence and choice they give to older adults and adults with disabilities.  She holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and continues to learn everyday at RSVP.

Doug Davis
Marketing and Communications Director

Doug holds degrees in marketing and international development from Michigan State University. A self declared wanderer, Doug has traveled throughout the globe, skiing and writing along the way.

Allison Dellwo
Transportation Coordinator

Allison is from Washington state and moved to the Boulder area in 2008 after graduating Williamette University in Salem, Oregon.  Allison joins us after serving for a year as an AmeriCorps VISTA member with RSVP and she wil be continuing as a full-time staff member.  Allison enjoys Colorado and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities such as biking, skiing and hiking.

Emily Ditty
Development Director

Emily Ditty joined the RSVP staff in October of 2005 as the Volunteer Coordinator and is currently the Program Director. Emily has been working in education and the nonprofit sector since 1999. She has lived in many different places in USA, Europe, and Japan. Emily is a graduate student at Regis University and will receive a Masters in Nonprofit Management. She enjoys oil painting, practicing Japanese and traveling.

Jaclyn Hampson
Development Coordinator

Jaclyn grew up north of Chicago and moved to Boulder in June 2009 to join RSVP as the Development Coordinator.  She graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with degrees in Public Relations and Writing Intensive English.  Jaclyn loves skiing and hiking and is excited to be out of the flatlands and able to enjoy the mountains!

Rachel Leber
Campanionship/Outreach Coordinator

Rachel joined RSVP in June 2009, and is excited to be a part of this dynamic team.  She is ready for the challenge of focusing on Latino Outreach in Boulder County.  Rachel has a diverse work history, which includes work as a bilingual medical assistant at a non-profit as well as as a cancer treatment center work as a sound engineer, bike messenger, nanny and singer!  Rachel loves to travel, cook, cycle, meditate, swim and hike.

Judy Nogg
Program Director

Judy's professional background is an eclectic mishmash of nonprofit experiences and adventures in the entertainment industry. She holds a masters from the University of Wisconsin. After four years at RSVP, Judy still actually likes all the staff, board, volunteers and clients.

Annette Maxson
Longmont Carry-Out Caravan Coordinator

Annette holds a degree in Political Science from Grinnell College.  She takes over the position of Carry-Out Coordinator after serving several years as a volunteer with the program. In her previous life, she has worked as paralegal for personal injury and workers’ compensation attorneys, and as a massage therapist.  Annette is a Colorado native and self declared sports nut.   She is a lifelong Bronco fan (despite their recent dismal season).   She enjoys watching all different sports, but is partial to soccer, a sport her son plays.  Annette also enjoys travelling to different places and reading lots of different books.  She lives in Longmont with her husband, son and two big yellow labs. 

Carly Santoro
Transportation Coordinator

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Carly is a recent addition to the RSVP staff as Transportation CO-Coordinator for the Medical Mobility program.  She holds a degree in Anthropology from Beloit College in Wisconsin and has a passion for trekking around the globe, all things outdoors, and human rights.  She also enjoys long walks on the beach.

Maggie Shearon
Volunteer Coordinator

Maggie is contagiously optimistic.  She knows that volunteers change lives and improve the world.  Through volunteer action,  individuals can make meaningful, long lasting contributions that will resonant for generations.   Maggie has worked in education and human services for over twenty years.   She enjoys  working with the dynamic staff and volunteers of RSVP Boulder County.

Logan Smith
Fix-It Coordinator

Haling from the sprawling metropolis of Kansas City, Logan joined the RSVP staff in February 2009 as Fix-It Program Coordinator.  A proud graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Logan never misses a beat when it comes to the Tigers!  An avid outdoorsman, he is currently exploring a variety of new adventures since moving to Colorado.  Logan will be attending graduate school in 2010.

Carolyn Rindels
Carry-Out Caravan Coordinator (Boulder and Southeast Counties)

Carolyn started serving the Carry-Out Caravan program as a volunteer herself, before joining the staff as COC Coordinator.  Carolyn holds a B.S. in Applied Design and Technology from Northern Arizona University.   She has worked as a Project Coordinator in different sectors for 20+ years.  Carolyn is excited to bring these skills to the non-profit sector.  Carolyn has lived in Boulder with her husband and their three teenage children for the past 8 years.

Richard Varnes
Fix-It Director

Richard Varnes has been part of the Boulder governmental/non-profit community for many years. Formerly Director of Municipal Channel 8, Varnes has also served as Development Director and Interim Executive Director of the Boulder County AIDS Project (BCAP). He has served on the Boards of the Colorado Music Festival, The Boulder Center for the Visual Arts and the University of Colorado Artists Series,  A Colorado native and professional photographer, Varnes lives with his family in east Boulder.
