Transportation and escort to medical appointments

Transportation service for ambulatory older adults and people with disabilities to medical appointments within Boulder County

Volunteers use their personal cars to pick you up at your home and can remain at the appointment to take you home after the procedure.
There is a suggested donation ranging from $2 to $4 each way, depending on the are of service (donations are flexible and based on the client's financial situation)
Rides are not guaranteed, as service depends on availability of volunteers.
The more time allowed before the appointment the better (at least three business days in advance)

To make a request for your next scheduled medical appointment, please contact the Medical Mobility Coordinators at 303-443-1933 ext. 407, or fill out an online transportation request form. We will get back to you within 24 hours. If you would like to volunteer with Medical Mobility, fill out a volunteer application form by clicking on the link below. Please note that our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM. If you leave a message or fill out an online form over the weekend we will follow up with you on Monday.
